Just click forgot password on the login page that will take you to another page, enter your registered email ID and click the reset password button. Open the mail and click the reset password link that will take you to safasilver.com, type a new password and confirm again. The new password will be set, now you can log in.

Step 11: Now login, enter the registered email ID and your new password, Start shopping.
